Bethany Beach Help was founded by Olivia and Sierra, two young local sisters who kept hearing the same question from residents and visitors: “Why isn’t there a beach setup service?”
Wanting to make beach days easier and more enjoyable, we created Bethany Beach Help — a service designed to remove the hassle from your time by the ocean.
Our mission is simple — to enhance your beach experience by providing convenient beach chair and umbrella setup and tear-down services in Sussex Shores. We take care of the heavy lifting so you can arrive, relax, and enjoy your time at the beach.

Steps
How It Works
1. Schedule Your Beach Setup
Contact us and let us know your location and what you need set up.
2. Morning Setup (By 10:00 AM)
We pick up your chairs, umbrellas, and equipment from your home and set everything up on the beach. Earlier setups may be available upon request.
3. Evening Tear-Down (4:00 PM – 7:00 PM)
We return to pack everything up and bring it back to your home.
Relax and enjoy — we’ll handle the rest.
Rules
Weather Policy
Your safety and enjoyment are important to us. In the event of severe weather or beach closures, setups may be delayed or canceled.
If weather conditions affect your scheduled setup, Bethany Beach Help will contact you to reschedule or adjust your service.
If rain begins after your setup has been completed, we will contact you to see if you would like your equipment to be brought back to your home. Please note that we cannot guarantee that chairs and umbrellas will remain dry if weather changes after the setup.
